In 1998, the founding partners of Delk Rutherford & Associates joined together to form what was then known as Delk & Associates CPA.

Delk Rutherford & Associates built their firm on the understanding that what most small to mid-sized businesses owners really want from an accountant is sound financial advice from someone who truly knows what they face on a daily basis.
